We want you to be completely satisfied with your Marea Santa shirts. If you are not satisfied, we are happy to facilitate a return or exchange under the following conditions.
Return Eligibility
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you received your order to initiate a return or exchange.
- Condition: All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Items returned in unsalable condition will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Visit our online Returns Portal or contact us at hello@mareasantausa.com with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
- Once approved, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label.
- Package the items securely and drop them off at the designated carrier location.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within [5-10] business days.

Exchanges
- Free Exchanges: We offer free exchanges for a different size or color of the same style shirt, subject to inventory availability.
- Process: Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected. If the requested size/color is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.
Exceptions
Sale Items: Items purchased on final sale or with a clearance discount are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
